Terms & Conditions Agreement
Definitions
Company:

Refers to WJE Enterprises LLC dba Connection Math registered in the state of California and County of Santa Clara.
Teacher:

Refers to individuals employed by the Company to provide tutoring services.
Student:
Refers to the individual receiving tutoring services from the Company.
Client:
Refers to the individual or entity seeking tutoring services from the Company.
Services:

Refer to the tutoring and educational services offered by the Company, including scheduling services.
General Provisions
Acceptance of Terms:

By using the Services provided by the Company, Clients, Teachers, and Students agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Amendments:

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website.
Confidentiality:
The Company respects the privacy and confidentiality of all parties and will not disclose personal information without consent, except as required by law.
Services and Payment
Service Description:
The Company offers tutoring services facilitated by Teachers as described on its website. Tutoring Services are generally 2 students working with 1 Teacher unless specific 1-1 lessons have been arranged.
Pricing:
The pricing for services is as stated on the Company's website. Prices may be subject to change.
Payment:
Clients are required to pay for tutoring services in advance, in accordance with the payment terms specified on the Company's website.
Payment to the Company:
Clients and Students are expressly prohibited from making payments directly to Teachers. All payments for tutoring services must be made directly to the Company.
Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
Scheduling:
The Company exclusively handles the scheduling of tutoring sessions. Clients, Teachers, and Students are not allowed to schedule, reschedule, or cancel lessons outside of the Company's established process.
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made by no later than 12:00pm (noon) of the day prior to the lesson. Failure to adhere to the policy may result in a fee equal to value of cancelled lesson.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling must be made by no later than 12:00pm (noon) of the day prior to the lesson. Failure to adhere to the policy may result in a fee equal to value of rescheduled lesson.
Conduct and Expectations
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are expected to be punctual, respectful, and cooperative during tutoring sessions. Late arrival by Client or Student will still result in the same scheduled end time for the lesson. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services.
Teacher Responsibilities:
Teachers are expected to be professional, prepared, and respectful during tutoring sessions. They must not engage in any illegal or inappropriate behavior.
Conduct Outside the Company
Business Outside the Company:
Teachers and Students are expressly prohibited from conducting any form of tutoring or educational business outside the scope of the Services provided by the Company during the term of their engagement with the Company. Violation of this provision may result in termination of services.
Background Checks and Safety
Background Checks:
The Company is responsible for conducting background checks on all Teachers to ensure their suitability to work with students.
Safety:
The Company is committed to providing a safe learning environment for Students. Any concerns or incidents related to safety should be reported to the Company immediately for appropriate action.
Intellectual Property
Ownership:
Any materials, content, or resources provided by Teachers or the Company are the intellectual property of the respective owner and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate services to Clients, Teachers, or Students for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions, disruptive behavior, or non-compliance with safety and background check procedures.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of its services.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any legal actions must be brought in the appropriate jurisdiction.
